Reasons why we do not offer a turnkey facility?

Our goal is to offer the user a solid, easy to assemble and flexible solid basis on the basis of which each individual can express himself/herself.

We have developed a system that is difficult for an individual to achieve on their own. It is important to us that the user can be calm and safe at the same time, as he is aware that the skeleton of his building is statically and insulating perfect.

In other words, we solved the problematic part of building the facility. We leave the individuality to the user, where the possibilities for completing the facility are endless.

The second reason is the ecological aspect. In this way, we reduce the burden on the environment for things, as materials for finishing the facility can be purchased and delivered locally. The system is designed to provide many options for completion.
 

How is the system pre-prepared to complete the building?

Carpentry or joinery
Doors, windows, fences,…
For joinery, you receive the exact dimensions according to your configured facility. Compared to classic construction, these dimensions are always accurate and installation is easy. This means that joinery can be ordered even earlier and can be inserted in parallel with the assembly of the building.

Installations
The installation surface is prepared for installations. It already has grooves at standard heights, the thickness of the installation space on the inside and outside of the surface is 40 mm. Special fillings with pre-prepared openings and reinforcements are intended for mandatory room ventilation, electrical cabinet, water supply and drainage, heavier loads and chimney.

Exterior cladding-facade
Because the Pick & Build KIT system provides the necessary insulating and protective properties, the facade of the building can be made of various natural or artificial materials. Before you decide to implement it, ask the local community what kind of facades are allowed in the spatial plan. We recommend the use of clad ventilated facades, which are installed over stretchers or hangers. Ventilated facades contain an empty space between the structure and the final layer - the ventilation layer. This preserves the possibility of easy disassembly of the building. The contact façade is also possible, but when dismantled it becomes unusable and represents additional construction waste.

Interior finishes
For interior finishes we recommend the use of cladding, which is attached to the structure with brackets or hangers. This mode allows easy disassembly and customization of the installation. Between the inner cladding and the construction lies 4 cm thick and easily accessible installation plane. For hanging heavier loads on the wall, such as kitchen wall elements, televisions, water heaters, air conditioning, etc. it is necessary to replace classic wall fillers with special ones that are reinforced for this purpose.
